Our Research & Development department follows a structured four-step design process for developing new instruments:
- Preparation of 2D and 3D technical drawings
- Implementation of technical designs into production planning
- Selection of appropriate manufacturing processes and tooling
- Development of prototypes for client evaluation
For product development, our R&D facility is equipped with advanced modern machinery, including CNC Swiss lathes, CNC engraving systems, and CNC machining centers, among others.
Kingdom Industry is also capable of producing specialized tools and cutters for the manufacturing of new instruments, which sets us apart from our competitors and enhances the overall quality and precision of our products. Our instrument designs are focused on patient safety, ergonomics, ease of handling, and optimal functionality, developed in close collaboration with surgeons and customers.

We operate world-class machining centers to manufacture a wide range of surgical instruments and implants. Our facility integrates all departments under one roof, ensuring efficient communication and streamlined operations across the organization.
Our factory and R&D center are equipped with modern machinery, including CNC Swiss lathes, CNC engraving systems, and CNC machining centers. In addition, we maintain a technically advanced testing laboratory for instrument development, certified under ISO/IEC 17025.
