Terms of Payment
For new customers, the standard payment term is advance payment. However, after successfully conducting business with our valued clients for at least one year, the payment terms may be revised from advance payment to Cash Against Documents (CAD) or any other mutually agreed arrangement. All quoted prices are based on FOB terms unless otherwise specified.
Minimum Buying Quantity
Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) requirements apply in all cases. For general instruments, our MOQ is approximately 100 pieces, while for special items it is determined on a case-by-case basis. The company does not accept orders that fall below the minimum production quantity requirements.
Turnaround Time
For items not in stock, the delivery time is approximately 60–90 days, depending on the order size and the nature of the instruments. This lead time is significantly reduced once a customer becomes regular, as we begin maintaining customer-specific inventory at our facility.
Quality Guarantee Period
A Six-Month guarantee period applies to all instruments against rust, corrosion, pitting, or any other manufacturing-related defects.
