Dining Facility
A free, hygienic lunch facility is provided to all employees within the premises. Any surplus food is not wasted and is instead shared with employees.

Water purifcation plants at different locations inside its premises, for clean water for employees.
Transportation Facility
A pick-and-drop facility is provided by the company to employees and workers residing within a 30-kilometer radius.
Health & Medical Benefits
The company is giving free medical check-ups, medical facilities and medicines upto Rs.15,000/- per month, per employee
Environmental Care
All the production area is smoke-free, the company has provided a limited separate area to employees / labourer for smoking.
Life Insurance Facility
This facility starts after the completion of trial period of 6 months. In case of death of any employee, the insurance company shall pay Rs.100,000/- to the legal heirs of the employee, insurance premium will be paid by the company.
Long-Term Medical Care
Kingdom Industry provides long-term care support, assisting employees after retirement with their medical needs, financial requirements, and daily living activities over an extended period of time.
Promotion Opportunities
Each year, employees are considered for rank promotions and salary increments based on their date of joining and performance evaluations. Employees who demonstrate good performance and maintain a clean record of conduct are eligible for increments and promotions.
